La Vie mérite-t-elle d'être vécue ? Peut-être me suis-je déjà posé cette question ? Si je vis des difficultés ou des incompréhensions, je me questionne pour savoir comment les résoudre. Ma formation d'ingénieur m'amène à privilégier une approche pratique de la spiritualité, c'est-à-dire à ramener la spiritualité dans la matière ou, si l'on veut, sur le plan physique et concret. Ce livre donne à chacun des moyens à la fois exceptionnels et simples lui permettant de passer à l'action et ainsi rendre sa vie non seulement meilleure mais aussi plus belle, plus harmonieuse et plus joyeuse.
Ce livre se veut pratique. Il me permet d'aller chercher la compréhension au niveau du coeur, ce qui me procure la paix intérieure dont j'ai besoin. Certains exercices expliqués dans cet ouvrage sont originaires des enseignements de l'ancien Tibet que nous avons adaptés pour les temps modernes. Le CD "HU, le chant de l'Univers", inclus dans ce livre, est un héritage datant du début de l'univers. Il contient un mantra spirituel qui favorise une ouverture de Conscience.
Le temps est venu pour que la Lumière se fasse plus présente dans ce monde. La pratique de ces exercices permet à ma Lumière intérieure de s'intensifier et de se stabiliser. Les initiés sauront reconnaître les clés qu'il a été permis de révéler pour le plus grand bien de l'humanité. Chaque exercice me permet, en toute sécurité et en toute sincérité, d'expérimenter le pouvoir de l'Amour et de le renforcer.
Je deviens ainsi un pôle d'Amour de plus en plus puissant et ma protection naturelle s'en trouve augmentée. Je deviens un bouclier d'Amour et j'irradie cet Amour pour les gens qui m'entourent, ceux que j'aime, ceux qui en ont besoin et ceux qui le demandent. Certains exercices peuvent me convenir plus particulièrement que d'autres, me toucher de plus près. Quoi qu'il en soit, utiliser ces outils non-rationnels ainsi mis à ma disposition fait de moi une personne gagnante.
Suis-je prêt à ce que ma vie change pour le meilleur ? Plusieurs ont expérimenté ces exercices depuis de nombreuses années et les résultats ne font plus de doute. C'est à moi de me prendre en mains et de faire le nécessaire pour que ma vie change mais pour cela, il y a trois règles importantes à retenir : pratiquez, pratiquez, pratiquez car, comme le disait si bien un Maître spirituel américain : "Ce n'est pas ce que je sais qui fait la différence, mais c'est ce que je fais avec".
C'est le pouvoir de l'Amour en action.
